Servings 2 people

Ingredients

  • 15 - 20 pieces Chicken Wings
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp water or more if you want it saucy
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add salt and pepper to the wings and coat them evenly. Lay them all on a rack and bake for 350 for 30-40 mins.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pot. Heat it for a while and then add the minced garlic. Let the garlic cook for about a few minutes.
  • After that, add in chili powder and a little bit of water. Let it cook. Once it is bubbling up, add about a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Then add some monk fruit sweetener. Turn the heat off after everything is well mixed and put it in the bowl.
  • The wings should be mostly cooked. Take it out of the oven and coat them well with the spicy sauce. Increase temperature of the oven to 400 degrees and bake for additional 10-20 minutes depending on the wings or your level of done-ness.
  • Once it’s crispy, throw in some green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot.
