Good morning! I have been trying to keep up with these YouTube posts but it’s always a little tough when working full time and learning something new unrelated to food! This keto shrimp quiche is great though so I do want to share with the rest of the world!

Keto Shrimp Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 shallot
- 4 shrimps diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in the pan. Throw in your sliced shallots. Once they begin to soften, add diced shrimp and leave it on the pan until it’s fully cooked. Leave it aside.
- Crack 6 eggs in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder and some salt and pepper to taste. Mix it together. Pour it into a well buttered baking pan.
- Add the shrimp and shallots, tomatoes and mozzarella to the eggs. Mix it again and then added some jalapeno peppers for some spice. Add another layer of mozzarella to top it off.
- Bake it for 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until fully it’s cooked.
